You guys ever looked into how expensive an actual nice golf club costs? These days it's it's anywhere between 50,000 and 100,000 dollars initiation. And then they arrange dues, food, capital assessment. But I did the math just based on 75,000 dollars. Which once again, we're not talking about we're talking about a nice club, a little bit of historic value of some kind like a club that people definitely value, want to belong to, etc. 75 grand. All right, in 1 year if you bounced every single round if you did 40 rounds for that 1 year would cost you 2,181 dollars. All right, after 5 years, 40 rounds a year, you're still paying 681 dollars a round of golf. After 10 years with 75,000 dollars initiation, 700 dues, 100 for food, 220 capital assessment 10 years, you're still paying 493 dollars a round of golf. For 10 years, every time you play, 40 rounds a year, 500 dollars. It's like you know it's crazy like lake houses now unbelievably expensive. Golf memberships just seems like unbelievably expensive.
